| The School District No. 36 (Surrey) strives to achieve standards of occupational health and safety that will provide a safe and healthy workplace in order to minimize the risk of injury and disease to its employees, students and contractors. |
| The Surrey Board of Education supports Stay at Work and Early Return to Work programs in order to keep employees connected to the work place and to support them in their rehabilitation efforts to return to their pre-injury occupation in the shortest possible time. |
